Return Policy

You may return any new, unused, no horse hair blankets. Return within 15 days of your receiving your package.
​

• A $50 fee plus tax applicable,  if there are horse hair on the blankets or if the blankets are dirty due to trying on horses. 
• A 25% restocking fee may be applied if returned past 15 days.
• A 35% re-stocking fee plus tax applicable, if the return is over 20 days. 
• No returns will be accepted if it is over 25 days.
• A 50% re-stocking fee plus tax applicable, if returned blanket is dirty or damaged.​
• All fees will be deducted from the total purchase amount and the difference between the fees and invoice total will be refunded.​

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the blankets. The returned blankets must be new, unused and no horse hair.

$50 fee plus tax applicable if there are horse hair on the blankets or if the blankets are dirty due to trying on horses.

A shipping charge of $30.00 for up to two blankets plus applicable taxes apply before any replacement blankets could be shipped out.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 business days of receiving your package. (Always ask for a tracking number for your return package).

Shipping

• We ship to all locations in North America.
• When you place an order, we usually ship it out within 2 days to 7 days business days via Canada Post.
• Please note that it could take up to 14 business days to receive the package if you are located Eastern part of Canada or the States.

​Warranty

Horses are active animals; playing, running, biting and rolling by themselves and with other horses. As a result, we can not warranty any rips made to the blankets. The same rules apply to any accessory parts of the blankets such as leg straps, belly straps, etc.
